Role description
We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Management with deep experience in Retail Media Networks (RMN) to help shape the future of digital retail and media monetization. In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to define strategy, build innovative products, and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll bridge business needs with customer insights, ensuring our solutions deliver value across digital commerce, loyalty, and in-store experiences. Your Impact β€’ Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for RMN initiatives, ensuring alignment with client business goals and customer needs. β€’ Partner with strategists, architects, and experience leads to identify value pools and frame transformative product propositions. β€’ Translate requirements into detailed documentation, including functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. β€’ Conduct data-driven analysis to inform product decisions and optimize business and user outcomes. β€’ Serve as the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams, ensuring user needs are central to design and development. β€’ Build business cases, validate ROI, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and C-level executives. β€’ Manage dependencies, risks, and issues while enabling rapid delivery cycles. β€’ Define clear success metrics (KPIs, financials, ROI) and continuously track performance against objectives. β€’ Foster collaboration across product managers, product owners, and architects to maintain alignment on priorities and delivery. β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, influencing outcomes through trust and expertise. Your Skills & Experience β€’ Proven experience in Retail Media Networks (in-store, onsite, or offsite media); exposure to loyalty, POS, and couponing systems is highly desirable. β€’ Strong background in product management, preferably within digital retail, e-commerce, or ad-tech environments. β€’ Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions. β€’ Skilled in storytelling, facilitation, and presenting to senior stakeholders. β€’ Proficiency in visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with SQL, APIs, or Python. β€’ Strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments. β€’ Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams; SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Agile Product Management certification a plus. β€’ Adept at leading change, inspiring cross-functional teams, and fostering innovation. Education β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). What Sets You Apart β€’ Experience with in-store digital devices and retail technology ecosystems. β€’ Technical or development background. β€’ Previous experience as a Scrum Master or certified Agile Product Manager.
