Position Responsibilities • Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com. • Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements. • Document and perform weekly reporting tasks. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. SQL a plus. • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
