• Develop clear creative briefs for digital marketing assets and partner with the in-house Creative team to ensure assets are created on time and delivered/trafficked to the appropriate partners.
• Assist in optimizing digital marketing campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing results, and upcoming creative initiatives, leveraging insights to drive improved results.
• Generate weekly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports using tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Content Square, and Power BI to analyze website performance, campaign effectiveness, and media results.
• Manage budget tracking documentation and assist with the monthly billing process for media vendors to ensure timely payments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., Retail, IT, Customer Service) and marketing partners to drive integrated strategies that support both eCommerce sales and Retail store performance.
• Provide ongoing support to the broader eCommerce team on various projects, programs, and vendor management tasks as needed.
Requirements
