Associate Growth Marketing Manager (SEM)
Early June is looking for a motivated associate growth marketing manager, who will be responsible for executing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing. Together with our senior strategists, you will develop paid media strategies, implement paid search plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. You will also support day-to-day operations, reporting and client communication. This role requires an analytical mindset, curiosity and strong attention to detail.
The role is remote, but US-based candidates only.

Responsibilities
β’ Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing
β’ Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
β’ In-depth keyword research and planning (discovery and expansion). Ongoing keyword evaluation and optimization. Utilizing auction insights and, negative keyword expansion
β’ ProvideΒ ad copy iteration, and creative testing recommendations
β’ Develop weekly and monthly performance reports in Google slides
β’ Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
β’ Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach
β’ Keeping up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features and products within Google Ads and the paid ad space.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
β’ 1-3Β years of experience in managing paid search campaigns
β’ Experience running various campaign types: search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, etc.
β’ Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for testing and learning
β’ Excited about new AI tools and how they can enhance paid media
β’ Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets knowledge is a must
β’ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
β’ You should have an efficient home office setup (external monitor and dedicated desk)
β’ Google Ads certified, or get your certification within your first 30 days
Bonus Qualifications
β’ Experience with Meta ads
β’ Experience with Slack, Asana, Looker Data Studio and Tableau
β’ Google Analytics Certified
β’ Experience with SEMRush
