ROLE SUMMARY
CorePower Yoga is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Growth Marketing Manager who focuses on email, SMS and app notification marketing. This role focuses on driving acquisition, retention and engagement across email, SMS, and app marketing channels. The Associate Growth Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager and support in tracking performance, QA’ing campaigns, designing results-educated strategies and more to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
The position is full-time and based at CorePower Yoga’s Studio Support Center located in Denver, CO.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Plan, track, test, and deploy marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate the creative process for all email, SMS, and app deliverables, including concepting, creative ideation, and providing constructive feedback to the Creative Team.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Intern to prepare, schedule, and QA campaigns across email, SMS, and app marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with and manage third-party vendors as needed to support campaign execution.
• Create UTM trackers for marketing campaigns and reporting.
• Manage campaign calendars to align with business priorities, promotions, and product launches.
• Partner cross-functionally (digital, product, creative, brand and growth teams) to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain audience segmentation, personalization and targeting strategies to maximize engagement.
Strategy & Campaign Development:
• Create performance-driven strategies that align with business goals for customer acquisition, engagement and retention, and present them to the Marketing and Creative Teams.
• Develop and execute creative and engaging campaigns to enhance brand awareness, promote subscriber value, and drive brand affinity.
• Develop and refine lifecycle marketing strategies to drive acquisition, revenue, engagement and retention.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to optimize messaging, segmentation, and channel performance.
• Compile weekly and monthly key learnings and actionable insights to inform content development and overall channel strategies (for both campaigns and automated flows).
• Stay current on channel best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to ensure programs and strategies are innovative and high performing.
• Analyze A/B test results to inform subject lines, creative, copy, and send-time optimization.
Reporting, Insights & Budget Management:
• Prepare and deliver monthly and weekly reports by channel.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve channel performance and achieve marketing objectives.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for email, SMS, and app push channels.
• Translate campaign results into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Manage channel budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within scope and spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3+ years of brand and/or growth marketing experience. Must have hands-on experience in a digital marketing-specific role for a large brand or agency.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo and OneSignal preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with experience in crafting engaging content and campaigns.
• Strong creative writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Understanding of brand-appropriate language and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• A self-driven team player who takes initiative.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.; working knowledge or familiarity with Asana, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Analytics.
