The Associate Manager, Omni Channel, will be responsible for developing plans and strategy to activate our brand at key customers driving share growth and conversion. This role will work with internal and external partners to develop and execute plans that are aligned with brand and customer strategies, build executional playbooks, and track performance across customers.
Job Responsibilities include some of the following.
Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
• Partner with Senior Manager to develop and implement annual omni-channel plans that deliver on revenue, brand, and customer objectives.
• Translate brand and channel strategies into customer specific activation plans.
• Ensure campaign and promotional integration across physical retail, digital commerce and media touchpoints
Customer & Channel Management
• Build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, building trust as digital commerce expert.
• Manage the national and customer specific shopper marketing calander
• Monitor in-store and online product performance, identifying optimization opportunities.
Shopper Marketing & Digital Activation
• Maintain content accuracy and compliance for digital shelves across retailer sites & marketplaces.
• Support shopper marketing programs across in-store, digital, couponing and retail media platforms.
• Track performance metrics and recommend enhancement to improve conversion and ROI.
Reporting
• Define key OMNI KPIs and develop dashboard and quarterly reports to be leveraged to monitor health of the business, provide recommendations and influence plans.
• Analyze shopper behavior, competitive activity, and category trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Present data-driven insights to influence strategic planning and investment decisions.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in CPG.
• Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus
• Experience with Nielsen, Luminate, 8451 and other analytic platforms
• Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong customer orientation.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA (a plus)
The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
