The Associate Product Manager – eCommerce supports product strategies and category growth initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand strategy. Responsibilities: • Under direction of the Group Category Manager, Sr. Category Manager and/or Product Manager, execute on assigned areas of product plan. • Support execution of CLP (Category Leadership Plan) along with partnering with cross-functional teams on implementation across the business – includes key drivers to grow the category, goal setting & driving category growth initiatives. • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on ways to drive results while building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the current and future market for assigned product(s). • Collaborate with Channel, CMI, RGM, Sales, & Finance to develop the tactics and terminology needed to communicate product positioning • Develop product training content to be delivered internally (to Sales & Channel team) and externally (to customers & trade) by Channel Marketing. • Perform market and portfolio analytics to evaluate revenue, contribution margin and share gain. Make recommendations based on findings and insights while collaborating with RGM, finance & Channel. • Own key aspects of product lifecycle management for assigned product portfolio. • Participate in the development, and lead key aspects of execution, of the product plan that may include: Partnering with Global Product Development on product development projects, Participating in toll-gates and leading portions associated with products/projects, Providing input on value proposition, unique selling proposition, price, margin and supply for new product development • Partner with Marketing Services/Digital to develop 2D, 3D and digital product collateral. • Partner with Global Brand Marketing to ensure alignment of product with brand plan. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, is required • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or business experience is required. Experience participating on project-oriented teams is required • Demonstrated analytical skills are required • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to lead/participate in cross-functional teams • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to travel as needed Company: Creating a brighter future for water by innovating, designing, and engineering products that enhance your experience with water while using less.
