Role description
Our e-commerce client is looking for an Associate Product Manager to drive growth, retention and lifetime value across e-commerce platforms. This is a temporary/contract role with full-time hours (40 per week). In this role, you’ll create seamless, personalized experiences that connect customer needs with business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Define and Execute Product Vision: Support product strategy to enhance the customer journey, from sign-up to long-term engagement
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Data, UX and various business units to develop and deliver customer-centric product solutions
• Leverage Data: Use data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and measure success through clear KPIs
• Optimize Customer Experiences: Drive A/B testing and experimentation to refine the user experience and accelerate growth
• Create Actionable Strategies: Develop product requirement documents that turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans
• Align Stakeholders: Ensure alignment across teams, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility and business priorities
• Influence Without Authority: Lead cross-functional teams, driving outcomes through collaboration and consensus
• Focus on Results: Champion a customer-first mindset while delivering measurable business outcomes that drive growth and retention
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a notable brand with a strong e-commerce presence
