OVERVIEW:
TalentoHC has partnered with a leading company to find an innovative and strategic Associate Product Manager to work on the Digital Experience team. As the Associate Digital Product Manager, you will support the planning, development, and execution of digital initiatives across our website, mobile app, and Advisor Portal. This entry-to-mid-level role will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to help define user stories, gather requirements, track progress, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about product development, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Support: Assist the Product Manager in managing the product roadmap and executing on key digital initiatives.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• User Story Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize user stories in the product backlog to ensure readiness for development sprints.
• QA Coordination: Assist with testing and quality assurance to validate that delivered functionality meets requirements and design specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, content, development, and marketing teams to support product rollouts and ongoing enhancements.
• Analytics and Insights: Support product analysis by reviewing performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product decisions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, workflows, and release notes.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Advocate for user needs and deliver solutions that improve customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Agile Participation: Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about trends in digital travel, e-commerce, and hospitality to contribute fresh ideas and perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital media, computer science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a digital, product, or e-commerce environment.
• Basic understanding of product development cycles and agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar task management and documentation platforms.
• Familiarity with website and app analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity, or Hotjar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interest in user experience, digital innovation.
