The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Autumn Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including marketing, e-commerce, and operations. You will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day activities while contributing to larger projects that help shape the future of Skindays.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
β’ Support content creation by researching trends, drafting copy, and coordinating with the team.
β’ Help manage the e-commerce platform by updating product listings, tracking inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
β’ Work closely with the team on logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service initiatives.
β’ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
β’ Contribute to community engagement efforts, including responding to customer inquiries and engaging with our audience on social media.
β’ Support the planning and execution of Skindays Pop Up and events, assisting with logistics, set-up, and customer interactions.
β’ Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Who You Are:
β’ A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
β’ Currently studying or a recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
β’ Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and social media engagement.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
