Job Description Job Title: B2B Sales Representative – Merchant Services Location: Hollywood, FL Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Sales Director / VP of Sales About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in the merchant services industry. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for promoting a suite of payment processing solutions, including credit card processing, POS systems, e-commerce solutions, and value-added services. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business opportunities through, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client payment processing needs. Present and sell tailored merchant service solutions, including payment gateways, virtual terminals, mobile processing, and other fintech offerings. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close and onboarding. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive referrals and upsell opportunities. Work cross-functionally with operations, underwriting, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Stay informed on industry trends, compliance updates, and competitor offerings. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in merchant services, fintech, or payments. Strong understanding of payment processing, POS systems, and related technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience with CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
