Role description
Company Description Playful Promises is an award winning iconic lingerie brand. We also have a thriving private label business supplying many well known high street stores. Role Description This role would suit a highly organised individual with a strong interest in fashion, ecommerce, and wholesale. It is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to build experience in brand operations, merchandising, and administration. The role is varied and fast-paced, offering exposure to multiple areas of the business including influencer marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, logistics, and buying. Key Responsibilities • Manage influencer gifting, including communication, coordination, and performance tracking. • Support social media activity across TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and assist with Meta when required. • Oversee product launches: manage product setup, ensure adherence to Brand Guidelines, and check merchandising across ecommerce and wholesale platforms. • Track photoshoot samples and coordinate the return of excess samples to the warehouse. • Provide administrative support across the business, including handling brand, wholesale, and operations emails, courier collections, and ad hoc office support. • Maintain accurate records of pricing and costs in the Critical Path; ensure pricing is updated seasonally and accurately across platforms. • Prepare and check PO summaries; liaise with the admin team to ensure accurate creation and maintenance. • Oversee delivery tracking, customs payments, and the smooth booking of stock with the warehouse. • Manage weekly merchandising actions to maximise ecommerce and wholesale conversion. • Support wholesale sales and admin, including onboarding new customers and issuing weekly newsletters. • Attend wholesale meetings and manage all follow-up actions. Qualifications & Skills • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail. • Confident using Excel (basic formulas essential). • Experience with Shopify, wholesale platforms, or ecommerce systems is highly desirable. • Knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, Twitter) and basic Canva skills are a plus. • Previous experience in fashion, wholesale, or ecommerce is desirable but not essential.
