Role description
We’re looking for a digitally native, performance-driven Brand Experience Manager to take charge of our eCommerce brand presence and user journey. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, user experience, and conversion optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-converting brand experience across all digital touchpoint - balancing creative excellence with commercial impact. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and implement brand experience strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer trust. β€’ Optimize the digital user journey across web and mobile to increase conversion and retention. β€’ Align brand storytelling with performance marketing goals. β€’ Collaborate with Product, Tech, Customer Service, and Marketing to deliver a seamless and consistent experience. β€’ Lead brand consistency across all channels - paid media, website, email, content, and influencer collaborations. β€’ Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve customer experience and ROI. β€’ Support partnerships and influencer campaigns to boost brand reach and credibility. Who We’re Looking For β€’ Minimum of 3 – 5 years in a similar eCommerce or digital marketing role, with brand and performance focus. β€’ Strong understanding of UX, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and brand strategy. β€’ Track record of improving customer journeys and driving growth through brand initiatives. β€’ Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally. β€’ Based in Dubai or able to join immediately (preferred). Salary circa AED 30 - 35,000 per month - depending on experience. Must have strong E-Commerce Background - ideally in the Middle East.
