Role description
• • Brand Manager – Personal Care/Healthcare Company – London/Flexible Working • • We are currently recruiting for a global market leading pharmaceutical/healthcare company, who are looking to grow massively in the UK. As a company they have been established for over 70 years and sell their products in 60 countries around the world. They are a market leading company with a great reputation and a vast product range. This is a role where they are looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter mentality and someone who is strong in all round brand marketing. Role: • Prepare and implement the new product launches • Develop digital marketing and e-commerce assets & content • Monitor digital campaigns performance and optimise • Prepare briefing, coordinate, and follow-up with external agencies to develop marketing material • Competitor analysis • Work closely with key UK retailers and collaborate on launch support & key events • Be consumer & shopper centric. Candidate: • Experience in a brand/digital marketing • Someone with a background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, health/beauty or FMCG • Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint • All-round marketing background with strong digital experience and ideally exposure to ecommerce or online customers • Educated to degree level ideally (not essential) • Strong organisational skills, to manage priorities and numerous projects at once • High level of attention to detail • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Resourceful, creative and flexible • Proactive with a positive attitude and flexible approach to working Package: • Basic Salary up to £50,000 (potentially negotiable for the right person) • Bonus • Private healthcare • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Pension • Flexible working – 3 days a week from home This is a great chance to join a market leading company at a very exciting time for them
