Role description
About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Manager with strong consumer goods experience — ideally in personal care or beauty — to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that blends strategy and execution – perfect for someone who is highly independent, detail-oriented, and thrives with ownership from concept to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing our brands, Petal Fresh and Be Care Love. That means developing and executing marketing strategies, developing brand positioning and storytelling, creating retailer presentations, managing in-store marketing, and ensuring our digital presence across e-commerce and social channels reflects the broader brand strategy. You’ll work closely with sales, product development, and design to ensure our brands stand out and succeed across all channels. Key Responsibilities ·      Collaborate alongside our leadership team in developing marketing plans and brand calendars. ·      Work with international distributors to develop marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand execution. ·      Analyze category, competitor, and sell-through data to inform brand positioning and activation strategies. ·      Manage execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns, and in-store programs. ·      Create retailer facing materials to support sales efforts. ·      Drive projects from concept through completion, coordinating with sales, product development, and design. ·      Collaborate with team on digital and social asset creation to support e-commerce and retail channels. Requirements ·      5+ years of brand management or marketing experience in consumer goods, preferably personal care or beauty. ·      Demonstrated ability to build marketing plans and execute them end-to-end. ·      Proven track record managing product launches into retail environments. ·      Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple timelines and deadlines. ·      Excellent communication skills, including copywriting and presentation skills. ·      Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions. ·      Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly organized with a strong attention to detail. ·      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze data and build data driven presentations. ·      Working knowledge of digital marketing (Amazon, retailer.com, social) and content tools (e.g. Canva).
