As we continue expanding into new categories and retail partnerships, we’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-minded Brand Manager to help shape the next phase of our growth. Position Overview: The Brand Manager will lead brand development and positioning across all touch points—from product launches to trade partnerships to digital storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, a keen eye for design, and the ability to drive consistency across channels in a fast-paced, design-forward environment. You'll oversee how Tempaper shows up in the world—visually and verbally—ensuring our message resonates across e-commerce, Trade Shows, social media, and key retail and licensed relationships. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning ·       Define and execute Tempaper’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms. ·       Lead brand narrative across product lines, campaigns, packaging, retail, and event touchpoints. ·       Translate high-level business goals into compelling brand strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Creative Collaboration & Product Alignment ·       Partner closely with Design, Creative, and Product teams to ensure new collections align with brand values and reflect industry trends. ·       Manage and cultivate strategic design partnerships—scouting emerging artists and creatives to launch standout collaborations. Licensing & Brand Partnerships ·       Serve as the primary point of contact for all licensing partners—ensuring seamless communication, brand alignment, and partnership success. ·       Collaborate with license partners to co-develop marketing strategies that drive growth across all sales channels. ·       Ensure licensed collections receive strong support across Tempaper’s owned and earned media channels, retail placements, and go-to-market plans. ·       Identify new opportunities to expand and elevate our licensing portfolio. PR & Social Media Management: ·       Craft compelling press releases, and secure editorial coverage that supports brand visibility. ·       Develop integrated social media strategies to strengthen brand presence across platforms, aligning messaging with overall marketing and PR goals. ·       Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., e-commerce, creative, product) to ensure consistent brand storytelling across owned and earned channels. ·       Track and analyze social and PR campaign performance metrics—such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and media coverage—to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI. E-Commerce & Digital Brand Experience ·       Optimize brand expression across Tempaper’s website, email, and digital channels in partnership with the e-commerce team. ·       Monitor and analyze email performance and digital engagement metrics to continuously refine messaging and design effectiveness. Trade Marketing & Retail Activation ·       Build and execute marketing strategies tailored to retailers, trade, wholesale accounts and distributors. ·       Plan & Coordinate tradeshows, and events. Campaigns & Content Oversight ·       Lead the creation of campaign concepts and branded content across print, digital, and social. ·       Guide visual storytelling in lookbooks, promotional assets, and editorial content. Trend Research & Market Insights ·       Conduct market and competitor research to identify white space opportunities and inform brand differentiation. ·       Keep a pulse on design, home décor, and lifestyle trends to drive relevance and product-market fit. Performance Tracking & Reporting ·       Define KPIs and success metrics for brand performance, reporting regularly to senior leadership. ·       Use data and insights to optimize strategies and advocate for needed brand investments. Cross-Functional Leadership ·       Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Customer Experience teams to maintain alignment and momentum on brand goals. ·       Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging a culture of creativity and accountability. What You’ll Bring: ·       5+ years in brand management or marketing within the home décor, lifestyle, or design category. ·       Deep understanding of the interior design space and elevated aesthetic sensibility. ·       Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across retail, e-commerce, 3rd- party channels and trade marketing. ·       Exceptional storytelling, content, and visual communication skills. ·       Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners from concept through execution. ·       Self-starter mindset with strong project management skills and attention to detail. ·       Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and shifting between strategy and execution. ·       Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and content production (approx. 10–15%).
