As we scale up and pour into new markets, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Brand Manager to take our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and e-commerce operations to the next level and help us further grow awareness of our brand. This is not your average brand role. You’ll be in the driver’s seat of our DTC strategy, leading e-commerce innovation, building meaningful relationships with our community, and amplifying our brand across all touch points. From email campaigns to influencer dinners, you’ll play a key role in how we show up, connect, and grow. Agua de Madre is female founded, B-corp certified and we are looking for someone who shares our values. ABOUT YOU: You’re a proactive, data-savvy brand builder with a love for health and wellness (and bonus points if you’ve tried water kefir!). You’ve got hands-on experience managing DTC channels, e-commerce platforms (Shopify is second nature), and CRM tools like Klaviyo. You love crafting engaging emails, optimising conversion funnels, and supporting cross- channel campaigns that drive loyalty and retention. Lastly, you’re a true team player, you’re able to develop effective working relationships, demonstrating responsibility, integrity and respect. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: DTC & E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT • Manage our e-commerce channel, including full Shopify oversight and performance optimisation. • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo – from strategy and copy to reporting. • Publish and update blog content, create new product pages, and refresh imagery/copy as needed. • Oversee our CRM efforts to increase retention and overall community engagement. COMMUNICATIONS & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and roll out integrated communication campaigns. • Collaborate with agencies and consultants on: • Monthly social content calendar • Press release, sample management & delivery • Event planning (press dinners, influencer tastings, etc.) TRADE & SALES TEAM SUPPORT • Be the go-to for brand assets, decks, product info, and POS material allocation • Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams for retail/trade activations • Ensure brand consistency across all sales touchpoints • Manage asset requirements for all channels, including export. TRADE EVENT & ACTIVATION LEAD • Own the planning and execution of trade events and retail activations • Coordinate with sales teams and merchandising agencies to deliver flawless execution • Maximise amplification via PR and social support MARKET INTELLIGENCE & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS • Monitor trends, track competitor activity, and share key insights monthly. • Conduct monthly store visits to capture brand and competitor execution and report • findings.
