Your Role & Scope at SellerX
At SellerX, we are growing our portfolio of consumer brands and now we are looking for a Brand Manager (x/f/m) to join us! In this role, you’ll take full ownership of one of our brands in the sports & movement space — shaping strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring it connects deeply with its audience. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to truly own your brand.

In Detail, You’ll Be Hands On
• Developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, margin, and long-term success.
• Taking ownership of the P&L — knowing which actions to take to move the numbers.
• Acting as a true category owner: from positioning and launches to commercial performance.
• Using insights (sales, reviews, returns, behaviour) to refine pricing, inventory, and marketing.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Design, Ops, CX & Supply Chain to deliver seamless execution.
• Driving omni-channel activation: performance marketing, CRM, social media, and influencer campaigns.
• Feeding customer insights into product development and spotting whitespace opportunities.
• Rolling up your sleeves — solving problems in real-time and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements To Thrive In Your New Role
• 3+ years in brand or category management, ideally in sports, active lifestyle, or fashion.
• Strong strategic mindset with experience developing and executing business plans.
• Commercially sharp and data fluent — confident managing P&L and driving performance.
• Hands-on and proactive — not afraid to dig into the details to deliver results.
• A genuine passion for sports and activity — ideally an active participant yourself.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, D2C) a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and process management capabilities.
