Role description
The Brand Content Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across all communication platforms to ensure consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned messaging for all business unitsβRetail, Ecommerce, and B2B. This role serves as the internal brand steward and external-facing content lead, managing messaging across owned and retailer websites, media programs, influencer campaigns, social content, product packaging, and sales materials. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, creativity, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure content effectiveness and brand consistency.
In partnership with the Sr. Marketing Director, this role supports the execution of paid and earned media efforts, working closely with external agencies to develop and approve campaign content. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Brand teams to ensure product content accuracy, enhance digital touchpoints, and support organizational events such as trade shows. The Brand Content Marketing Manager also contributes insights into content performance and helps refine content strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
β’ 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or content marketing roles.
β’ Proven experience in managing agency relationships and campaign execution.
β’ Knowledge of consumer products and retail or ecommerce experience strongly preferred.
