Role description
Location: West Palm Beach, FL or Remote – if remote, willingness to travel 5-10 days/month
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
Experience:
\- At least 3-5 years of work experience, ideally with experience in DTC company marketing function.
\- Experience working with paid digital marketing channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.
\- Experience working with Shopify merchant platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing
\- Support VP of Marketing in marketing operations and strategy on the following:
\- Marketing Strategy - setting calendar, schedule launches / promotions, markdown and promotional strategy and deployment.
\- Assist on paid marketing operations and strategy - strategize and organize paid ad creative.
\- Primary marketing channels of focus will include paid digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest), Email and SMS marketing (channels are subject to expand as the Company grows)
\- Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics and day of assistance on set. Assisting in planning shoot content strategy with various paid and organic marketing and sales channels.
eCommerce
\- Support VP of Marketing in eCommerce operations and strategy, including site merchandising strategy and maintenance. Includes PDP creation and maintenance and cross selling / upselling strategy and execution.
\- Maintain and expand SEO across site.
\- Ongoing effort to strategize and execute on site optimization tactics.
