Job Summary
We are in search of Brand Marketing Manager whose primary responsibility will lie in brand building and management, business and concept development, social media strategy and management, content creation, developing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand positioning, and brand communication across all channels with an in-house team and the measurement of results for a number of our strategic F&B concepts.
The role will also be directly accountable for identifying opportunities, internally and externally, for growing brand presence and growing their image and positioning through diligent creativity, precise planning, strong relationship building and meticulous coordination.
Job Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand presence across all channels (digital, print, PR, and in-store), ensuring alignment with business goals.
β’ Plan and manage 360Β° marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, influencer engagement, and public relations initiatives to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
β’ Lead digital and e-commerce initiatives, including social media management, content creation, website development, email campaigns, analytics, and partnerships with third-party platforms.
β’ Create and implement annual marketing and PR plans with a focus on driving revenue growth, ROI, and increased customer reach through data-driven strategies.
β’ Produce and manage visual and written content for key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, press, influencer networks).
β’ Monitor performance and continuously improve strategies through KPIs, monthly reporting, competitor analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with creative, design, operations, and external agencies to deliver comprehensive brand campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
β’ Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including brand partnerships, digital innovations, and market trends to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
Job Requirements
β’ At least 4-5 yearsβ experience within brand management, social media, brand communications, online and offline activation management, concept and campaign development.
β’ Must have experience with well-known F&B, retail and hospitality brands (preferably homegrown).
β’ High level of creativity.
β’ Passion for F&B and the lifestyle industry.
β’ Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Arabic is a definite advantage.
β’ Ability to manage and coordinate with in-house digital, graphic design, content creation, operations team and wider stakeholders.
β’ Ability to think on the feet, create innovative concepts and show strategic thinking with the "guest" always in mind.
β’ Demonstrate strong understanding of guest experience, be extremely up to date with the market and the region and stay in tune with the latest trends in the F&B industry.
β’ Strong aesthetic familiarity with any art direction skills.
β’ Ability to cope with short timelines and manage multiple projects at the same time.
β’ A peopleβs person with the ability to manage relations within a multicultural environment.
β’ Hold a University degree β specialization in business administration/marketing is advantageous.
