Role description
What You’ll Do
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading execution across our key brand channels—PR, organic social, influencer marketing, and brand activations—while supporting the broader integrated marketing strategy. This role reports to the Brand Marketing Director and plays a critical role in translating brand strategy into compelling, channel-specific marketing that drives awareness, engagement, and demand. You’ll own day-to-day planning and execution across brand touchpoints while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Partner with the Brand Marketing Director to support the development and execution of seasonal integrated marketing campaigns.
1. Manage and maintain the seasonal marketing calendar—aligning product priorities, key moments, and brand storytelling across channels.
1. Own execution of all brand channels including PR, organic social, influencer marketing, and brand activations.
1. Manage external PR and influencer agencies to secure coverage, partnerships, and brand collaborations aligned with brand goals.
1. Oversee brand social media content strategy and execution to drive community engagement, growth, and brand affinity.
1. Support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, pop-ups, and influencer initiatives.
1. Partner with teams including E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Sales to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
1. Support trade marketing initiatives and channel-specific campaign execution for retail and wholesale accounts.
1. Develop creative briefs in partnership with the Director to guide internal and external teams in producing seasonal brand assets and content.
1. Manage logistics for brand photo and video shoots—e.g., sample coordination.
1. Track and manage budgets, invoicing, and reconciliation across brand marketing activities.
1. Compile and analyze campaign and channel performance reports (PR coverage, influencer KPIs, social engagement) to inform optimizations.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, social media, or influencer marketing.
• Experience in fashion, accessories, beauty, or consumer lifestyle industries preferred.
• Proven track record executing successful brand campaigns and channel programs with measurable results.
• Strong experience managing PR agencies and influencer partnerships.
• Must have excellent organizational, collaboration, and project management skills
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Artificial Intelligence Tools, Exenta knowledge is a plus.
