Role description
We are seeking a results-driven, highly organized Manager, Brand and Affiliate Marketing to lead the growth and optimization of our brand and affiliate marketing efforts. You’ll lead brand and social media campaigns, develop and grow key partnerships, and manage our Commission Junction affiliate program to drive Christianbook brand awareness and customer acquisition. You’ll be a key driver in growing brand visibility, engagement, and revenue through dynamic acquisition and awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience managing social media and affiliate marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners and agencies to align campaigns with broader marketing goals while driving business alignment, efficiency, and financial results . Key Responsibility Area s:Brand and Social Media Marketi • ngPartner with agencies and creative teams in the development and execution of brand and social media marketing campaign • s.Monitor campaign and channel performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, acquisition, and KPIs.
