Your Day to Day Brand Marketing • Support the development of strategic brand marketing plans and seasonal storytelling initiatives • Own creative strategy and brand guidelines, providing creative direction to support all marketing initiatives • Act as the cross-functional glue, ensuring seamless execution across Creative, Merchandising, Paid Media, and E-commerce teams • Align email and content strategies with product launches, brand campaigns, and community narratives • Collaborate with organic social and influencer teams to ensure brand storytelling is cohesive across all channels • Maintain brand consistency and uphold voice and visual identity guidelines across all consumer-facing touch points • Lead creation of brand narrative and thought leadership content (e.g., blog posts, founder stories, BTS features) that deepen emotional brand connection • Provide brand guidelines and creative direction to support performance marketing initiatives • Manage brand-focused marketing asset creation and delivery across all channels, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution • Track and report on brand campaign performance; share insights and recommendations to inform future strategy • If applicable, support planning and execution of community events, pop-ups, and experiential brand activations Public Relations • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with brand and business goals • Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, creators, and industry influencers • Collaborate with the PR and Partnerships team to amplify key narratives through media placements and collaborations • Lead media outreach, press release creation, and product seeding/gifting initiatives • Oversee reputation management and crisis communications • Monitor media coverage, track public sentiment, and report on earned media value and PR impact • Manage PR-related budgets, vendors, and freelance or agency partners as needed Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Director of Marketing to ensure brand creative strategy supports performance marketing goals • Provide brand insights and guidelines to inform conversion-focused creative testing and optimization • Collaborate on integrated campaigns that balance brand building with performance objectives Who you are: • A brand thinker who understands how every touchpoint builds emotional connection and long-term value • Equally comfortable with big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution • Energized by high-growth, fast-moving environments and brand-building challenges • A collaborative team player and strong relationship builder • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects at once • We are looking up the Senior Brand Manager level Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 7+ years' experience in brand marketing and/or PR (lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods preferred) • Proven track record of executing integrated brand and PR campaigns from concept to launch • Experience developing creative strategy and brand guidelines that support both brand building and performance marketing • Existing media relationships or the ability to build them quickly • Strong storytelling instincts, communication skills, and project management chops • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, social, e-comm, and paid teams • Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency • Bonus: Experience at a high-growth company, in-house brand team, or startup
