The Business Analyst supports the delivery of change and continuous improvement at P2U, by helping to define and analyse business problems and opportunities. The role works closely with stakeholders across functions to understand current processes, gather and document requirements, and assist in identifying improvements that enhance the user experience, patient care, and operational efficiency. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of digital healthcare initiatives through clear documentation, data analysis, and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams. Who are we looking for? • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in multidisciplinary teams. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Experience in process modelling, data analysis, and requirements engineering. • Proficiency in business & data analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel). • Extensive business analysis experience • Experience in digital/e-commerce sector is essential • Business Analysis Certifications (e.g. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analyst (AgileBA)) • Project Management & Agile Certifications e.g. Prince2, PMP, Scrum, Agile • Familiarity with project management tools and software used in Agile project environments What happens next?
