Overview
LABUR is partnering with our client to address a critical challenge in how product data is structured, managed, and distributed across systems and channels. As part of a high-impact PIM (Product Information Management) implementation, we are helping them identify and deploy the right expertise to drive meaningful change. This Business Analyst role is central to that effortβworking across teams to uncover inefficiencies, define scalable solutions, and ensure the new system delivers lasting value. The ideal candidate will not only gather and analyze requirements but also help shape the future of product data governance and digital operations.
Responsibilities
β’ Requirements Gathering & Analysis
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs related to product data.
β’ Document functional and technical requirements for PIM solutions.
β’ Process Optimization
β’ Analyze current product data workflows and identify areas for improvement.
β’ Design and implement scalable processes for product data governance, enrichment, and syndication.
β’ System Implementation & Support
β’ Partner with IT and vendors to support PIM system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
β’ Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
β’ Data Quality & Governance
β’ Define and enforce standards for product data quality, taxonomy, and attributes.
β’ Monitor data accuracy and completeness across platforms.
β’ Stakeholder Collaboration
β’ Work closely with Product, Marketing, eCommerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on product data needs.
β’ Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
β’ Experience on a PIM implementation
β’ Stibo experience strongly preferred
β’ Strong understanding of product data structures, taxonomy, and digital commerce.
β’ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
β’ Ability to work effectively on a fast-paced project with global teams and stakeholders.
β’ Ability to work effectively with third party vendors.
β’ Familiarity with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms preferred.
