Here's the exciting bit…a day includes Primary responsibility for analysis relating to the Superdrug and Savers Hybris website platform and associated systems (Warehouse / Order fulfilment / CRM) but may be required to work on other areas from time to time. Duties include providing analysis and subsequent detailed documentation of business requirements. This documentation will be around business-as-usual work, as well as all stages of the project lifecycle. Larger projects will be delivered in conjunction with working closely with the project manager. There may also be a requirement to take ownership of and manage / deliver small to medium sized projects with support from the Senior Business Analyst. Creation of detailed change requests, high level project implementation plans, test plans, test scripts and occasionally performing testing in collaboration with the wider digital teams will form the bulk of the role. Key Responsibilities: · Liaising with appropriate teams in Superdrug to provide expert support and interpretation of requirements · Problem solving of issues encountered by system users on a day to day basis · Liaison with third parties and the Group IT function to arrive at detailed understanding of business requirements and possible solutions · Scoping of requirements for new features and managing change requests through to approval and implementation · Owning individual packets of work and projects from requirements, through to production · Routine provision of test scenarios and interpret for test team to allow them to create scripts for loading to automated test tools · Analysis, testing, and implementation of new functionality as part of a larger project team · Primarily Based in Superdrug Head Office but may be required to travel to other locations when needed Technical requirements: · Require intermediate experience in SQL · Experience of working in a technical environment · Understanding of system architectures · 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce · Experience of working in an Agile environment · Previous experience working with a transactional website · Experience in testing and test planning · Extensive experience of detailed requirements gathering What you’ll need: · Strong interpersonal skills · Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills · Ability to work on your own initiative and independently · Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations · Takes the initiative · You will be well organised and able to prioritise work effectively. · Customer Focused, consistent “can do” attitude towards the Customer. · Excellent communication skills: written and verbal, including presentations. · Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills. · Innovative and enthusiastic · Detailed and persistent · Strong written and oral communication skills Here's what's in it for you: • 33 days holiday rising to 38 days with length of service (inclusive of bank holidays) • 2 staff discount codes for yourself and a family member or friend • 30% discount on Superdrug Own Brand Products both in store and online • Hybrid working patterns available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station • Company pension matching and bonus • We offer Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it • Being part of more!
