Role description
Senior Business Analyst At Noli, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst who’s ready to be the engine of insight and forecasting guru across our business. If you love diving into data, uncovering hidden opportunities, and turning numbers into stories that shape strategy, this role is for you. This isn’t a back-office reporting job. You’ll be at the centre of decision-making — driving clarity, owning forecasting, spotting growth opportunities, and influencing leadership. From sales and marketing to product and operations, you’ll bring a clear, unbiased view of performance and help teams move faster and smarter. If you’re highly analytical, commercially curious, and want to make your mark in a high-growth, consumer-facing business, keep reading. What You’ll Do • Own the numbers — lead analysis across sales, marketing, product performance, site activity, customer behaviour, and operations. • Build clarity — create dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks that cut through noise and highlight what really matters. • Measure impact — evaluate promotions, campaigns, and initiatives, tracking their effect on sales, conversion, retention, margin, and customer lifetime value. • Be the source of truth — deliver consistent, accurate, and holistic reporting, balancing channel-level detail with competitive benchmarks. • Find growth levers — analyse the interplay between paid, search, and owned channels to spot risks, opportunities, and untapped value. • Influence strategy — partner with marketing, growth, and leadership to shape decisions with data-backed insights. • Tell the story — translate complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives for teams at every level. • Level up our data — work with tech/engineering to improve tracking, tooling, and data quality. • Plan ahead — drive and own forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring to guide the business forward. What You’ll Bring • 3–5 years’ experience in an analytical role (business analyst, data analyst, or similar) — e-commerce or consumer start-up background a plus. • Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, CommerceTools, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.). • A balance of big-picture business thinking and deep-dive technical ability. • Exceptional communication skills — you can simplify complex data for any audience. • A proactive, curious mindset — you don’t just answer questions, you find the ones worth asking. • Passion for consumer behaviour, growth, and making data actionable. • (Bonus) Experience in the beauty industry or deep knowledge of DTC growth levers. Why You’ll Love It Here • A high-impact role with visibility across leadership and multiple teams. • The chance to shape strategy, not just report on it. • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your insights directly drive results. • Ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a best-in-class analytics function.
