Job Description - Who We're Looking For
Our Business Development Associate will be responsible for assisting the Business Development team in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and keeping in close communication between the company and its customers.
An ideal candidate is expected to be communicative, organized, and able to utilize their experiences in order to think on their feet and help the company grow. We look for those who can:
• Be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
• Prioritizing client satisfaction and aim for new business development and growth in mind.
• Identifying growth opportunities, optimizing market strategies, and helping their team in expanding business operations.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or willing to learn.
• Curious, coachable, and excited to grow in a supportive team environment.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or other languages—preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities - What You’ll Do
• Be a Product Specialist – Your role is to be is to be highly knowledgeable about our product and ensure our clients and customers get the most value out of the products they need.
• High Activity – This is a high-activity role. Be ready to make cold calls, manage clients via emails, text messages, and conduct other outreach methods. You may have to travel and participate in industry events.
• Organizational Skills – You will be in regular contact with our clients and customers, this is a fast-moving position, staying organized is crucial. You will need to manage follow-up tasks, understand prioritization, and coordinate calendars effectively with the team.
• Technical Proficiency – In this role, we expect you to have proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or a willingness to learn these programs. You may help prepare and deliver business proposals and reports, or facilitate business meetings.
• Commitment to Growth – At Yaheetech, we take pride in our products and are always trying to find ways to innovate and improve. We offer comprehensive onboarding and training support. After the initial phase, we ask our employees to always be open to ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.
Qualifications Preferred Experience and/or Skills
• E-Commerce sales
