Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Business Development Manager on behalf of our client to lead brand growth, drive sales, expand the supplier network, and establish a strong presence both online and at prestigious industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company as a trusted luxury jewellery brand.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Oversee content creation, social media presence, and brand storytelling.
• Drive sales through online portals, e-commerce platforms, and the company’s website.
• Explore new online sales channels and partnerships.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Identify and engage reliable suppliers for gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Negotiate terms and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.
• Plan and manage participation in international expos, trade shows, and jewellery exhibitions.
• Organize promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Build partnerships with designers, influencers, and retail partners.
• Develop and manage both B2B and B2C sales pipelines.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the management and development of a gold & diamond business.
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and precious stones.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and conduct financial reconciliations accurately.
• Fluency in English.
• Driving License is mandatory.
