Role description
Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop regional sales strategies for local markets, achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company, and expand market share. 1. Analyze trends in the Toy&Collectible industry, monitor competitor activities and consumer preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. 1. Establish and manage omni-channel sales systems (including but not limited to agent and distributor stores, e-commerce platforms, blind box machines, trendy lifestyle retail shops, etc.). 1. Maintain relationships with key channel partners. 1. Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns (e.g., toy&collectible exhibitions, fan meetups, limited edition product launches, etc.). 1. Liaise with major clients (e.g., large IP partners, cross-industry co-branding collaborators) and drive customized cooperation initiatives. 1. Monitor sales performance, inventory turnover, and market feedback to optimize operational efficiency. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of sales management experience in new retail or consumer goods categories, with at least 3 years in the toys&collectible, blind box, cultural & creative products, or FMCG industries. Familiarity with the IP derivative market is required. 1. Candidates with a proven track record of launching hit toy&collectible products products or experience in building sales channels from 0 to 1 are preferred. Experience in successful B2B sales within FMCG or retail is a plus. 1. Deep understanding of young consumer behavior and toys&collectible culture, with strong market insight. 1. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to independently engage with IP owners, distributors, and cross-sector partners. 1. Passion for toy&collectible culture, innovative mindset, and strong resilience under pressure. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Overseas study experience is preferred.
