Weβre looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA candidates or graduate students in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, International Business, or Communications seeking real-world experience in sales strategy, retail expansion, and product-based growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for MBA candidates or graduate-level students in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or international business who are looking to gain hands-on experience with a mission-driven, product-based company.
The intern will support the expansion of our brand into new markets, including e-commerce, supermarket outreach and placements, promotional events, client engagement, and brand positioning. and potentially investor relations or financial growth research.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and pursue new retail, wholesale, and distribution opportunities
β’ Build relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the customer base
β’ Manage customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
β’ Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share and drive revenue
β’ Support outreach to supermarkets, retailers, and partners
β’ Contribute to marketing campaigns and product promotions
β’ Track sales, inventory, and customer engagement metrics
β’ Participate in strategy discussions and assist with reporting and presentations
β’ Provide administrative support as needed in day-to-day operations
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and communications teams
β’ Other duties as assigned in support of business growth and brand development
Ideal Candidate:
β’ Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a graduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field
β’ Strong communication and research skills
β’ Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
β’ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
β’ Experience or interest in consumer products, wellness, or international markets is a plus
β’ Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, or CRM platforms preferred
