工作职责: 1、GMV增长与平台关系管理:通过深度分析定性数据,制定并执行战略,以显著提升合作平台卖家的商品交易总额(GMV),从而深化与主要电商平台的战略合作伙伴关系。 2、风险预警与关系维护:主动识别、监控并管理与现有合作伙伴关系中可能出现的高摩擦风险点,确保合作关系的平稳、健康和长期稳定。 3、财务协作与风险控制:协助内部财务团队进行债务追收工作,处理合作伙伴的支付问题,保障公司利益和现金流安全。 4、营销预算与现金流管理:确保与合作伙伴市场共同议定的联合营销预算(Co-marketing Budget)及时到位并高效执行,以驱动增长并保障公司健康、稳定的现金流运营。 5、ESG价值深化:为现有市场平台量身定制并推介ESG附加服务,提升客户粘性,并将ESG转化为核心商业价值。 6、新市场开拓:积极在欧洲地区寻找并评估新的潜在平台合作伙伴,主导从初步接触到合同签署的全周期业务开发流程,为公司开拓新的增长点。 任职要求: 1、拥有8年以上在电商、SaaS、科技或咨询行业的商务拓展、战略合作或高级销售管理经验。 2、拥有在欧洲市场(尤其是欧盟国家)成功开拓业务和管理大型B2B客户或平台合作伙伴的 proven track record(已验证的成功经历)。 3、具备处理复杂商业谈判、合同管理和财务条款(如信贷、付款条件)的经验。 Responsibilities: 1. GMV Growth & Platform Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies through in-depth qualitative data analysis to significantly increase Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) for sellers on partner platforms, thereby deepening strategic partnerships with key e-commerce platforms. 1. Risk Mitigation & Relationship Stewardship: Proactively identify, monitor, and manage high-friction risk points within existing partnerships to ensure stable, healthy, and long-term collaborative relationships. 1. Financial Collaboration & Risk Control: Assist internal finance teams in debt collection efforts, resolve partner payment issues, and safeguard corporate interests and cash flow security. 1. Marketing Budget & Cash Flow Management: Ensure timely allocation and efficient execution of jointly agreed co-marketing budgets with partners to drive growth while maintaining healthy, stable cash flow operations. 1. Deepening ESG Value: Tailor and promote ESG-related services for existing market platforms to enhance customer retention and transform ESG into core business value. 1. New Market Expansion: Actively identify and evaluate potential platform partners in Europe, leading the full business development cycle from initial outreach to contract signing to unlock new growth opportunities for the company. Qualifications: 1. Over 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or senior sales management within e-commerce, SaaS, technology, or consulting industries. 1. Proven track record of successfully developing business and managing large B2B clients or platform partners in European markets (particularly EU countries). 1. Experience handling complex commercial negotiations, contract management, and financial terms (e.g., credit, payment conditions).
