Role description
Who we are Keeler & Co. is a high-end residential interior design firm located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. We provide our clients with creative solutions and beautiful spaces while ensuring their experience with the design process is seamless. Rusticator is a seasonal high-end, home furnishings and interior shop in Seal Harbor, Maine. The shop is open from May - October but work continues year round as it relates to inventory management, decorating projects and management of our online store. This is a unique opportunity to understand and be an important member of two growing small-businesses , an interior design studio and retail shop. Field questions about items and provide detailed information to support made-to-order furniture and other custom pieces. β€’ Assist with the sourcing of unique, bespoke items and assist with all purchasing for shop inventory as well as guest special orders. β€’ Support inventory management and contribute to strategies for optimization. β€’ Manage reporting on shop sales . β€’ Assist with various administrative tasks related to Rusticator. β€’ Support marketing efforts through content creation, social media communication and web support. Keeler & Company β€’ Support billing processes and sales opportunities. β€’ Work with bookkeeper and assist with expense management to ensure appropriate financial. oversight of design projects. β€’ Assist with office management to ensure maximum productivity for the entire team. β€’ Source and support partnership opportunities. β€’ Manage holiday gift efforts and marketing opportunities surrounding year end. β€’ Assist with operational and administrative tasks related to Keeler & Company’s business.
