Job Description The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting Vuori’s Merchandise Planning function across E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels. This individual will be the team’s subject matter expert in reporting and a critical partner in supporting the evolution of our Planning systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive system adoption and efficiency. What you'll get to do: • Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions. • Serve as the primary MicroStrategy reporting expert for the Merchandise Planning team by building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and ad hoc reports to support daily business needs. • Document end-to-end planning processes to ensure consistent and scalable usage across teams and various systems. • Influence business partner decisions by providing thoughtful insights driven by data and analytics. • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. • Tack and monitor market trends that are relevant for the fitness & apparel industry. • Other responsibilities as assigned.
