We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europeβs dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

β’ Collaborate with category managers to design and execute category operation strategies, including partner, product, and content strategies to drive business growth.
β’ Analyse partner segments and optimise short video and live streaming strategies tailored to different partner characteristics.
β’ Develop and refine product selection strategies based on user preferences and platform insights.
β’ Optimise business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for category-level operational issues.
β’ Build best practices and playbooks to enable partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Graduate in 2026 with an MBA or advanced degree
β’ Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
β’ Solid logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Passionate about e-commerce and content-driven business models; proactive and self-motivated in a dynamic environment.
