The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europeβs dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with category managers to design and execute category operation strategies, including partner, product, and content strategies to drive business growth.
β’ Analyze partner segments and optimize short video and live streaming strategies tailored to different partner characteristics.
β’ Develop and refine product selection strategies based on user preferences and platform insights.
β’ Optimize business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for category-level operational issues.
β’ Build best practices and playbooks to enable partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Currently studying MBA degree or above, graduating after fall 2026.
β’ Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during [Summer or Fall] 2026
β’ Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets while having excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
