Looking for a Technical BSA with search implementation experience Must be able to gather business requirements and translate into technical documentation. Must have SEARCH platform experience- Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is focused on search implementation for platforms like Algolia, Constructor, or Elasticsearch, their role centers around translating business search requirements into actionable, technical plans that developers can build and optimize on those platforms. These tools are search-as-a-service (Algolia, Constructor) or search engine platforms (Elasticsearch) designed to deliver fast, relevant, and personalized search experiences—especially for e-commerce, knowledge bases, or large-scale content systems. Prefer retail Implementation experience Responsibilities: BSA with 10+ years experience in ecommerce. Experience implementing Constructor, Algolia or Elastic search platforms (multiple implementations preferred). Can work at a fast moving pace and implementation. Create as-is and to be process flows and detailed requirements for the new implementation. Lead requirements writing and functional specifications for engineering and testing teams to build and test. Plan out requirements gathering strategy, create matrix, gathering and the detailed requirements. Lead UAT user acceptance testing. \_\_\_
