The role/Purpose This role you will play an important part in curating the product assortment that best represents our brand’s vision while inspiring and delighting our customer. With an instinctive feel for fashion and a sharp analytical eye, you will balance creativity with commercial focus, ensuring our edit is customer driven and aligned to our growth ambitions. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, shaping the buy and driving sales, and profitability through delivering the right product in the right place at the right time. You'll analyse performance, manage stock levels, and help shape commercial decisions that support growth across all online channels. What you will be doing: Buying, Product & Merchandising • Own the online product buy, curating assortments that reflect brand identity and customer demand • Analyse weekly sales, stock, and sell-through to spot trends, anticipate shifts, and shape strategy • Monitor daily sales to ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, and smooth launches • Maintain a balanced price architecture to meet revenue and margin targets while ensuring desirability • React quickly to trade, making proactive decisions to seize opportunities and reduce risk • Lead online promotions, launches, and events with seamless execution and strong presentation • Prioritise full-price sales and optimise product mix for exclusivity and demand • Drive sell-through, enhance performance, and ensure the right products are available at the right time Collaboration & Market Insight • Partner closely with Design to input market insights and trend direction into collections • Align with Production and Logistics to meet timelines and delivery expectations • Collaborate with PR/Marketing on product-led campaigns and storytelling • Use customer insights, competitor analysis, and product instinct to guide design and buying • Optimise assortments based on buying patterns and customer behaviour across regions • Ensure online presentation aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning—clear, accurate, impactful • Build strong supplier relationships to uphold performance, pricing, and innovation • Represent the customer in all buying decisions, anticipating global and local preferences Customer & Market Insight • Use customer insights, competitor analysis and trends to shape buying and design • Adapt assortments to reflect evolving customer behaviour • Maintain premium online product presentation • Foster supplier partnerships aligned with brand standards • Prioritise customer voice in all assortment decisions • Respond to changing customer tastes locally and globally What we need from you: • Proven experience as a buyer within luxury ready-to-wear or premium fashion, with a strong commercial track record • Strong analytical skills with confidence in interpreting data to drive decisions • Solid understanding of e-commerce sales dynamics and online stock management • Experience of marketplaces such as Farfetch • A structured problem solver who enjoys a challenge and thinks strategically • Strong analytical and numerical ability with good excel skills • Experience coordinating deliveries, calendars, and capsule collection launches • Excellent product, customer and market awareness and understanding of global and regional luxury customer profiles • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Passionate about being an ambassador for the brand, with an authentic enthusiasm This is what you get in return… • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (inclusive of Christmas Shutdown) • Early Friday finish during summer months • Medicash – Healthcare cash plan including retail, travel and gym discounts • Pension scheme – 3% employer and 5% employee contribution • Work life balance with a 35-hour working week
