Buying and Partnerships Manager – Premium Wine & Spirits Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 4 days in-office 1 day remote) Full-time | Permanent A fast-growing luxury retail startup in the premium drinks sector is seeking an experienced Buying and Partnerships Manager to take ownership of its wine and spirits category across both retail and eCommerce. This is a unique opportunity to shape product strategy and build impactful supplier partnerships from the ground up. The Role You’ll lead the end-to-end buying strategy, combining strong commercial acumen with category insight and trend awareness. This role requires someone with the confidence to negotiate, the curiosity to innovate, and the tenacity to deliver results in a dynamic, startup environment.
