We’re looking for someone to apply all their talent and resourcefulness as a Cadbury CRM Manager; working with our internal brand teams and cross-functional Consumer Experience, Insights, Digital and Sales teams as well as our top tier agencies to lead a long-term Cadbury CRM strategy delivered through a sophisticated consumer comms program.
You will help establish and scale end-to-end, connected user experiences across the Cadbury ecosystem that make consumers feel known and valued. You will shape the strategy for how Cadbury acquires and nurtures its consumers of tomorrow.
How will you contribute?
Business planning and strategy
• Lead situational analysis, strategy development & recommendations for growth plans in the design, set up, launch and scale of an always on CRM program.
• Develop and own the consumer comms program across Cadbury’s wide spanning ecosystem with a network of sub-brand teams and agency partners.
• Support development of success metrics and measure ongoing performance & optimisation programs.
• Lead annual and long-term budget planning.
• Deliver presentations and alignment of plans to senior stakeholders and your wider. UKI business colleagues.
Integrated digital marketing communication
• Lead the agency relationships across brand, design and content strategy.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for creating a connected consumer experience across our digital ecosystem considering website, emails and social content.
• Collaborate with Partnership, Campaigns and Brand Experience teams alongside third-party agencies and internal brand marketing teams to deliver a holistic CRM strategy driving brand and business efficiencies.
• Apply digital marketing insights and ecommerce strategies (e.g how to optimise user journeys, how to use product launches to drive data acquisition) to support strategies for growing our success metrics.
• Continuously analyse and synthesise rich source of digital data and feedback to share findings with marketing and agencies and improve strategies for content, media targeting and user experience.
Extra ingredients you’ll bring:
• Proven track record within a CRM role, including budget management experience and E2E project management.
• Experience of digital marketing strategies and brand management and campaigns preferred.
• Strategic thinker that turns insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Creative skill to bring ideas and insight to life in an ambiguous, matrix environment.
• Structured and organised. Able to manage priorities clearly across multiple work streams with complex cross-functional business objectives.
• Strong resilience to navigate hurdles and motivate others towards a vision/goal.
• Fast learner, enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and pioneering organisation change.
• Can build strong personal relationships & leverage these to deliver business results.
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence and leverage skills to uncover new white space opportunities.
