About The Role
The Platform Campaign Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills, a proven track record in campaign operations and management, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in strategy planning, project management, or related fields, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute e-commerce platform-level campaign projects, including major shopping festivals (e.g., Black Friday), seasonal campaigns (e.g., Summer Sale), and other major cross-category initiatives to drive platform-wide sales and ecosystem growth.
• Manage end-to-end campaign strategies including promotion and subsidy planning, seller and creator registration, content growth, and resource integration; manage budget consumption and ROI efficiency.
• Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including account managers, creator managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., user research, PR, design, product, and R&D) for campaign implementation and optimization.
• Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and provide ongoing recommendations for optimization, including innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations that enhance results.
• Budget planning and allocation: develop detailed campaign budget plans aligned with strategic goals, sales targets, and historical performance data. Monitor campaign OKRs to evaluate budget efficiency and optimize ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Final-year student (graduating in 2026) or recent graduate with less than 1 year of work experience; majors in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• Established experience in the e-commerce industry with campaign, strategy, and operational experience.
• Project management skills with strong cross-functional communication and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
• Data-driven with proficiency in data analysis; strong analytical acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Results-driven, strategic thinker; data-sensitive and hands-on.
