Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As the Digital Category Manager you will primarily focused on driving market and category growth opportunities in the digital space for our advised categories but with input into all business units. The Category Manager acts as a forward thinking expert in the category and competitive digital landscape to identify actionable trends within the category. This position is customer facing and serves as a strategic interface with the Walmart merchants and associate merchants in conjunction with category managers and shopper insights managers. This requisition is being utilized to pipeline top talent for the Bentonville Market. In this role, you will: • Leading Digital Commerce category initiatives with Walmart through collaboration on key Walmart initiatives and long term strategy • Collaborating with Category Advisors across all our Walmart businesses to identify and prioritize business opportunities and resulting analyses, with a focus on digital opportunities. • Using all data resources available to analyze the business and identify key insights and opportunities across fulfillment methods. Data sources include, but are not limited to: Luminate, Retail Link, Profitero, Salsify, Flywheel, along with other digital data channels. • Identify relevant KPIs, secure necessary data to measure and track accordingly • Ensure best in class content and virtual shelf. Work to understand and optimize SEO/SEM, site taxonomy and digital fundamentals like profitability hurdles and DTC • Translate physical shelf to digital shelf, understanding the interaction between different Walmart channels (B&M shelf, OPD, Walmart.com) and across devices (mobile, desktop, voice, walking store) • Partnering with our Shopper Insights Manager to develop a digital shopper learning agenda which will act as the foundation for category growth actions taken within the digital space. What we look for: • MUST have combination of brick and mortar and eComm experience. • 1-5 years category management, insights, or account management experience, preferably 1+ years in digital capacity • Innate sense of curiosity and proactively uncover actionable insights • Leadership & influence • Innovation – ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and initiate new processes/ideas • Channel/Shopper Insight – strong understanding of retailer buying, merchandising and marketing strategies and the ability to translate into actionable plans to grow the business • Independent/Self-leaner – ability to navigate the organization and customer on their own, not afraid to fail • Initiative – self-starter with strong problem solving skills • Digital and mobile savvy Workplace type: The ideal candidate will be located out of Bentonville, AR based upon the business needs. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900 –Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900 –Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
