This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry, work with international teams, and develop expertise in category strategy. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Market & Consumer Insights: Assist in monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitors, and studying consumer preferences to identify potential opportunities. โ€ข Data-Driven Strategy Development: Support the design of business models, track KPIs, and help optimize category lifecycle strategies to drive growth and efficiency. โ€ข Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to support the execution of category strategies and improve user experience. What Weโ€™re Looking For โ€ข Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Statistics, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field; overseas study or internship experience is a plus. โ€ข Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, consulting, or internships in category analysis/product operations; familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, or visualization tools is preferred. โ€ข Core Competencies: Curiosity and strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English for data analysis and reporting.
