Seeking a highly organized, customer-facing, and data-driven Omni Channel Marketing Manager to lead the rollout of products and services to distribution and eCommerce channel partners while managing the P&L for eCommerce channels. This role is responsible for ensuring that content is fully optimized across partner digital channels, managing projects related to product and services launches, and driving adoption through training, vendor coordination, and performance analysis. Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of channel marketing, product rollout, or distribution marketing experience, preferably in building materials, home improvement, or CPG sectors. • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships • Experience working with distributors, eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and sales teams • Analytical mindset, with expertise in performance tracking, reporting tools, and digital analytics. • Good communication and presentation skills, with experience training and enabling distributor partners. • Ability to work in a customer-facing role, managing relationships with key channel partners. • P&L management experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales, revenue, and profitability targets. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple initiatives at once. • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other Google Workspace tools.
