Role description
The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing product content across Amazon and other e-tail platforms. Key responsibilities include supporting new product launches, managing and updating existing marketplace listings, and ensuring all product pages are optimized to maximize customer engagement and conversion. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Set up and optimize new products with a strong focus on accuracy. Implement new product variations, create bundles, and update existing product pages. Roll out new asset updates to refresh product listings. Oversee daily product listings by maintaining, tracking, and reporting on the complete product catalog. Conduct competitive research and benchmark marketplace listings to uncover opportunities; summarize and report key findings. Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Director and team to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and apply abstract reasoning to problem-solving. Exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Skilled in identifying and prioritizing projects that deliver high impact to the organization. Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and initiative. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
