customer-centric innovation in retail and e-commerce • Growth & Scaling Excellence • Scale operations sustainably while maintaining brand integrity and customer experience • Identify and pursue strategic product and market expansion opportunities, including international growth • Build scalable systems, processes, and organizational capabilities to support rapid growth • Drive revenue growth through innovative product development, market penetration, and strategic partnerships • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop and expand partnerships with wholesale and retail distributors • Organizational & People Leadership • Take full ownership of the company’s financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals • Cultivate human-centered leadership
