• Define and implement product marketing strategies in partnership with product management, aligning technical claims with compelling go-to-market campaigns.
• Scale and develop the marketing team, fostering a strong culture, improving onboarding, and establishing clear accountability metrics.
• Oversee marketing performance measurement and scorecard development in collaboration with business intelligence teams.
• Support retail marketing initiatives including in-store signage, displays, and promotional strategies.
• Drive creative innovation by blending analytics with imaginative marketing approaches to engage a global consumer base.
• Lead strategic partnerships and initiatives to expand market reach and brand visibility.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to maintain a leadership position in the category.
• Provide executive-level leadership to shape the evolution of marketing strategy and team development.
• Minimum of 7 years in senior marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record in performance marketing and e-commerce.

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including email marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and managing global channel strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with a focus on execution and results.
• Familiarity with retail marketing, including in-store promotions, signage, and merchandising strategies.
