Job Role Description:
As the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) of XPM, your role is to lead all B2C marketing and sales initiatives across the company. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, build brand loyalty, and directly increase revenue. This is a foundational leadership position within the company, ideal for someone eager to take ownership of both creative marketing direction and direct-to-consumer sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth Strategy
Design and implement growth strategies focused on direct-to-consumer sales.
Build out marketing funnels, retention models, and lead generation systems.
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of customer acquisition and retention.
Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (paid media, email marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, etc.).
Lead brand development and market positioning for B2C services (e.g., studio bookings, events, open mics, DJ bookings).
Create and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and messaging across all platforms.
Revenue Generation
Build, monitor, and optimise conversion funnels.
Establish and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets based on KPIs.
Identify new B2C revenue opportunities, packages, and offerings.
Customer Insights & Research
Conduct market research and customer profiling.
Gather insights to refine the brand message and optimise customer targeting.

3–6 months, depending on performance and integration into the company. During this period, we’ll assess your ability to grow our customer base, increase revenue, and build scalable marketing operations.
Evaluation:
Performance will be measured against marketing campaign effectiveness, sales performance, brand visibility, and customer growth metrics.
Compensation During Probation:
No base salary or equity will be offered during probation. However, you will be entitled to any commission or revenue share generated from successful campaigns or sales you directly oversee. This period focuses on value creation and strategic alignment.
