As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our dynamic team. πŸ’ΌAbout the Role: We’re Hiring: Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSO will be responsible for shaping the long-term growth strategy. The CSO will identify new market opportunities, optimize revenue streams, strengthen competitive positioning, and drive initiatives that ensure scalability and profitability in a rapidly evolving digital commerce landscape. 🌟 Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Growth β€’ Define and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive platform growth, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. β€’ Analyze market trends in e-commerce, digital retail, logistics, and payments to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion. β€’ Evaluate and lead potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new market entries. Data-Driven Decision Making β€’ Use analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide business strategy. β€’ Develop KPIs to measure platform efficiency, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. β€’ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies with customer behaviors and industry trends. Digital & Product Innovation β€’ Partner with the CTO and CPO to enhance platform features, improve customer experience, and stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, personalization, AR/VR shopping, etc.). β€’ Drive initiatives in omni-channel retail, mobile commerce, and cross-border expansion. Revenue & Monetization Strategy β€’ Work with the CRO/CMO to develop strategies for pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and merchant acquisition. β€’ Explore new revenue streams, including marketplace services, advertising, and fintech solutions. Leadership & Alignment β€’ Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. β€’ Ensure cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Technology. β€’ Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-first thinking. βœ… Qualifications β€’ 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or executive leadership, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or digital marketplaces. β€’ Strong understanding of e-commerce trends (logistics, payments, customer experience, digital marketing). β€’ Proven success in scaling online platforms or leading digital transformation. β€’ Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills. β€’ Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders. β€’ MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related field preferred.
